Smart Park will be erected on a plot at ul. Priest Jan Kozak, in the vicinity of functioning Lidl and Aldi stores and the largest concentration of housing estates in the city. The retail park will offer a wide selection of shops and services addressed to the inhabitants of Zgorzelec, Görlitz and the surrounding towns. The degree of investment commercialization exceeded 80%. The tenants will include Pepco, Rossmann, Dealz, Kakadu Zoo, Tedi, Sinsay stores and the Orange store.
