Smart Park Węgrów has been opened. The retail and service park with an area of 6.5 thousand sq m GLA is located at Różana Street, near the roads connecting Węgrów with Mińsk Mazowiecki and Siedlce.

Smart Park Poland sold a retail park in Syców. The buyer is the Saller Group. The total retail and service area of the park is 8,000 sq m. Its commercialization was handled by the RG Leasing team.

Construction of Smart Park in Zgorzelec begins
Smart Park will be built on a plot at Księdza Jana Kozaka Street, in the vicinity of operating Lidl and Aldi stores and the largest concentration of housing estates in the city. The retail park will offer a wide selection of stores and services aimed at residents of Zgorzelec, Görlitz and the surrounding towns. The degree of commercialization of the investment has exceeded 80%. The tenants will include, among others. Pepco, Rossmann, Dealz, Kakadu Zoo, Tedi, Sinsay stores and Orange salon.

Budrem and Smart Park are planning to build a retail park in Zgorzelec. The investment has obtained a valid building permit, and construction work is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2023.

A retail park will be built in Syców. Paweł Żerański, the creator of the Smart Park network, is behind the investment. RG-Leasing is responsible for preparing the commercial concept and leasing the space.

There will be more retail parks. Smart Parks will be built in Mława and Działdowo, and then in other cities
There will be even more retail parks in Poland. A new network of these facilities will debut on the market under the Smart Park brand. The first two – in Mława and Działdowo – will be ready in the second half of this year.
